Position Title: Sales Agent Professional Intern

Number Position: Four (4)

Mode of Work: Hybrid Mode – Physical outreach to potential clients

Work Station: Kigali, Rwanda

Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our team. This hybrid role involves
both physical outreach to potential clients and leveraging online platforms to expand our customer base.
The successful candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, understanding
client needs, and promoting our suite of services.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical outreach to businesses and individuals to promote our Client (Employer)’s services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize online platforms and tools for lead generation and virtual client engagement.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations, both in person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with both in-person sales and virtual client interactions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and online sales techniques.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
